Holy-land health harangue
This story didn’t make the mainstream headlines, but in my opinion it should have
According to an Israeli news service, Haaretz, four high-level doctors at a pair of holy-land hospitals have been arrested – for performing illegal medical experiments on elderly patients!
The charges they face include wrongful death through negligence, abuse of helpless victims, aggravated assault, fraud, violation of statutory obligation, and interference in a police investigation
A Health Ministry inquiry into the four doctors revealed a history of illegal and unethical experimentation over a period of several years on THOUSANDS of patients in their twilight years. Although the Haaretz.com report on the matter did not reveal the specific nature of the “experiments” because of the ongoing investigation, there’s no doubt in my mind that they were drug-related.
Whatever the nature of these experimentations, at least one patient died as a direct result, and another 12 died shortly after being made an unwitting “guinea pig” by their doctors.
